Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited AI content, moderation, reporting, and enforcement rules for Outstanding Tiny Desk.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every photo, prompt, setting, generated video, and other use of OutstandingTinyDesk.pro. It is part of our Terms of Service. You must follow this policy when creating, downloading, sharing, or otherwise using AI-generated content.
Content standards
You may only upload reference photos that you own or have permission to use from every adult pictured. You must review output before sharing it and clearly disclose that it is AI-generated. You may not use the service to mislead, harass, exploit, or advertise.
Prohibited generated content
The following six categories are prohibited, including attempts to create, upload, facilitate, distribute, or promote them:
- Sexual, pornographic, or NSFW content. Do not create pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity, sexual services, fetish content, or other content intended primarily for sexual gratification. Non-explicit but sexually suggestive depictions of real or synthetic people are also prohibited.
- Violent or gory content. Do not create graphic injuries, dismemberment, torture, executions, cruelty, or content that glorifies, incites, instructs, or celebrates violence. This includes credible threats and content intended to shock through gore.
- Hate speech and hateful conduct. Do not create content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or another protected characteristic. Targeted harassment and hateful symbols used to promote hate are included.
- Child-unsafe content, including CSAM. Do not upload photos of minors or generate sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise unsafe content involving anyone who is or appears to be under 18. Any child sexual abuse material or attempt to sexualize a minor is strictly prohibited.
- Non-consensual deepfakes and impersonation. Do not create or share manipulated media of a person without their permission, deceptive endorsements, identity fraud, scams, or content intended to make a real person appear to say or do something they did not. Impersonation used to deceive, harass, defame, or mislead is prohibited even when parody is claimed.
- Copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights violations. Do not upload or generate content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. This includes unauthorized logos, commercial recordings, deceptive brand affiliations, and unauthorized commercial use of a person's name, image, or likeness.
Attempting to bypass safety controls, misclassify prohibited material, or use a generated result for a prohibited purpose is also a violation.
Content moderation mechanism
We use a combination of preventative rules and review measures appropriate to the risk:
- Users must confirm photo ownership or permission before submitting a generation request.
- Input and output may be subject to automated safety checks and the controls applied by our AI processing providers.
- We may review tasks, account activity, inputs, outputs, and enforcement history when a report, provider signal, unusual activity, legal obligation, or other risk indicator requires investigation.
- We may reject, cancel, preserve, or restrict a task or generated file while reviewing suspected violations. We do not promise that every input or output is reviewed before generation or publication.
- We may retain relevant task, order, report, and account records as needed to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, and enforce these rules.
Automated or provider checks do not replace your responsibility to review output and comply with this policy.
Reporting prohibited content
Report suspected prohibited content or misuse to support@outstandingtinydesk.pro with the subject Content Report. Include the relevant public URL or task ID, the category and reason for the report, when you observed it, and enough information for us to investigate. Include your contact details if you would like a response.
Do not email or upload a copy of suspected CSAM or other illegal material. Provide the URL, task ID, or other locating information instead. For CSAM or an immediate threat to life, also contact the appropriate local authority or child-protection hotline.
We may need to verify the report or request additional information. We will review good-faith reports and take appropriate action, but we may not be able to disclose every investigative detail or outcome.
Enforcement actions
When we identify or reasonably suspect a violation, we may take proportionate action based on severity, intent, repetition, and risk. Actions may include:
- rejecting or cancelling generation;
- deleting, disabling, or restricting content or downloads;
- warning the user or requesting proof of rights and consent;
- limiting features or suspending or terminating the account;
- suspending, revoking, or resetting unused credits to zero for serious or repeated violations, fraud, or abuse, where permitted by law; and
- preserving records, notifying affected parties or providers, and reporting suspected illegal activity to competent authorities.
We may act immediately and without prior notice for suspected CSAM, imminent harm, fraud, security threats, repeated violations, or where notice would be unlawful or compromise an investigation.
Appeals
To appeal a content, credit, or account action, email support@outstandingtinydesk.pro with the subject Appeal within 30 days of our notice. Include your account email, the task or order ID, the decision you are appealing, and supporting facts or evidence. We will review the decision, but an appeal does not guarantee restoration.
